We currently ship within the United States.

We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. West Coast orders ship for $10, and all other U.S. orders ship for $15.

Express and overnight shipping options may be available at checkout depending on delivery location.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 7 business days.

Yes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email customerservice@iwbcshop.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

We take all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

For a regular return, there is a $9.85 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for the $9.85 return fee, but we cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

If you choose store credit, the $9.85 return fee is waived.

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. A return fee applies to the item being sent back, but we do not charge for shipping the replacement item.

Items Final Sale will be marked and not eligible for return or exchange.

Our fleece pieces are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit. Our T-shirts have a more fitted silhouette.

We recommend machine washing cold. Do not bleach or iron. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
