Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:
-Unworn, unwashed, and unused
-In original condition
-With original tags attached

A $9.85 handling and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process after approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
-A return fee applies to the item being sent back, but we do not charge for shipping the replacement item. 

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Credit/Exchange Items

Items marked Credit/Exchange are for store credit or exchange only

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions. You will receive a return shipping label and next steps once your request is submitted.

Additional Notes

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable
-We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria
-IWBC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments once they are handed to the carrier

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any package from IWBCShop, our default carrier, UPS, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round-trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to IWBCShop office.  If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
